Job Description
- Maintain and enter purchase orders
- Ensure all suppliers passed thru the required procedures of vendor accreditation
- Coordinate with departments regarding questions with supply requests
- Obtain quotations and negotiate the best price and prompt delivery of suppliers
- Check on whereabouts of supplies
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understands purchasing processes and inventory databases
- Customer service and negotiation skills
- Above average communication skills
