- Handle end to end process for leasing residential units in coordination with Marketing and Technical teams.
- Monitor lease expiration and renewals and send notices beforehand. (Lease account management)
- Plan, strategize, and execute enhanced rental revenue initiatives.
- Answers all the tenants leasing inquiries and concerns.
- Develop rapport with prospective tenants to help them decide to least in the project.
- Follow up on prospective tenants and submission of tenants lease requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business/Administration/Management, Property Development/Property Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Must have a good work experience in leasing of residential/commercial establishments.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Must have good organizational and customer service skills.
