Point Blue is founded on the belief that global standard design and aesthetic are achievable at every price point of entry in today’s property market. We develop modern, affordable rental housing solutions within walking distance of the Makati and BGC Central Business Districts.
We are looking for a financial analyst to help with financial modeling, project finance, and reporting. The individual should have experience in project finance, feasibility studies, private equity, venture capital or the like. Knowledge of accounting is preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent financial modeling skills (MS Excel)
- Ability to present data
- CFA, CPA a plus but not required
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
