- Create digital layout of our properties via Revit
- Ensure bill of Quantities (blueprints and quantifying the materials) via Revit and system monitoring
- Coordinate with our engineers, consultants, building officials, and contractors
- Execute the design process from conceptual design to contract documents
- Manage and organize CAD files
- Expand vendor network by introducing contact suppliers and contractors
- Ensure designs and materials are within the construction budget
- Conduct site administration (as needed)
- Conduct research on design feasibility, sustainability, and environmental impact and submit it to the Design Lead
Minimum Qualifications
- At least five years of work experience preferably with mid-rise residential development
- Must be a licensed Architect
- Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, and Sketchup
- Good in Google Suite and Microsoft office
- Knowledgeable in the National Building Code regulatory standards of the Philippines
- Experience working abroad is a plus
