We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to develop energy efficienct building systems. This includes solar, lighting, pumps as well as the recommendation and procurement for our fixtures (air conditioner, microwave, refrigerator, water heater etc.).
Your main priority will be energy efficiency. We will gather data from our first project and use that to formulate a more efficient design to be deployed in our next several projects to be started this year.
We are looking for a nerd who will geek out on the project. Someone who is constantly eager to learn and to engage with our group.
However, we will also need you to multi-task as the building's property manager. This includes supervising the building staff responsible for equipment maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and of course customer service. You will be asked to perform general admiinstrative tasks such as data entry, scanning and a few other things.
The candidate will be provided their own unit within the building as part of their compensation.
We are streamlining our operational systems to minimize touch points and maximize operational efficiency. Part of this exercise is the need for our initial group of hires to multitask.
Interested candidates should be excellent electrical engineers who have a broad skill set and are willing to learn.
