We are looking for a Property Maintenance Technician/Engineer to work and live on site. Housing will be included in compensation. You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure smooth functionality of building equipment and fixtures
- Closely follow an organized and comprehensive maintenance schedule
- Assist guests with repairs and coordinate with equipment suppliers when necessary
- Reply to tenant/guest queries and assist reasonable requests
- Create regular reports to submit to property manager
- Coordinate closely with team using company software
- Take charge of safety and security for tenants and building
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, Vocational or 1-5 years experience in machinery/facilities maintenance and repair.
- Must have a knowledge in electrical wirings, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with basic computer sustems and mobile applications.
- Must be willing to live on site.
- Friendly and cheerful attitude; patient and understanding with tenant concerns.
- Team player.
