- Secure 90% property occupancy rate by obtaining new clients
- Maintain the accuracy and update all online platforms of the company for marketing (focused on: website, facebook, instagram, rentpad, lamudi, etc.)
- Joining online groups and posting for promotions.
- Attract target potential clients (tenants) by effectively advertising vacancies, highlighting advantages of property locations, obtaining client referrals,expanding client network, and presenting company properties
- Develop, present, and execute advertising campaigns based customer behavior, market trends and target audience (benchmarking data)
- Measure and present performance report of advertising activities
- Create general collaterals for advertising
- Coordinate with partner advertising companies for marketing content, public relations, and social media
- Manage company marketing requirements with outsource service providers (example: virtual tours, network conferences, property events etc.)
- Assess and filter potential clients by doing background check and initial interview
- Secure pre-contract requirements of new and potential clients
- Respond to all online (target response rate - within 10 min) and call queries for all properties
- Recommends client-related system optimizations
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client management
- Keep track of client account records
- Maintain and update knowledge on company properties
- Promote awareness of the company branding to external audiences
- Assist the Human Resource Department for the company branding internal implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in marketing and business administration
- Experience with developing marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
- Experience with handling online marketing (social media, and content marketing)
- Understanding public relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft and Google applications
- Property knowledge
- A team player with leadership skills
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
