- Revenue accounting and bookkeeping - prepares journal entries in QuickBooks, validation of deposits slip thru Security Bank Digibanker and records data to Tenants
- Collection monitoring and reconciliation - checking of payment deadlines, securing timely payments and follow-ups (ensuring 100% collection efficiency; ensuring that payments are received from tenants in a prompt and timely manner)
- Daily update of Bank Credit Transactions - identification of bank deposits, specifically tenant’s payment.
- Monitoring of Bank’s Debit Transactions - identification of Meralco and Maynilad payments
- Validation of water meter reading and computation of each unit’s water due ( BPO and GRI)
- Computation of Overlapping Electricity both for expired and newly moved-in tenants
- Tenants' payments validation
- Opening of bank accounts for new buildings
- Monthly VAT Sales Relief Compliance /Preparation of Summary List of Sales - BIR reportorial requirement
- Customer Relations - addressing payment related issues and other matters
- ( facilitating customer relationships, provides advice and assistance on diverse situations)
- Validation and computation of Security Deposits, unit damages, prorated water bill and electricity ( BPO and GRI) of expired tenants for SD returns and ensures deposit to the designated bank accounts.
- Assistance in Official Receipts (ORs) and Acknowledgement Receipts(ARs) preparations
