Job Description
Develop or maintain, test implement and document programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes, develops or maintains, tests, implements and documents programs.
- Develop or maintain; test, implement and document programs according to program specifications and Allianz-PNB Life development standards.
- Identify all possible test scenarios and prepare tests for the system under development.
- Execute tests plan during development and system testing and provide user acceptance testing to other testing as required to ensure that system processing reflects user requirements/designs.
- Provide post-implementation and production support for systems including analysis of production problems.
- Perform implementation activities such as program promotions, installation of the system, training and tutorial for end users.
- Provide updates and status reports to the project manager during the course of a development and related support activities.
- Perform development/update of the User’s Manual, System Manual, and Operational Manual.
- Determine, analyze and transforms business requirement to produce design specifications at the system and programming levels.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning on supported applications as required.
- In charge of a system module. Identify areas for improvement/enhancement on existing system module or on the entire system, and on the new one being developed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required skill(s) for ORACLE Programmer:
- PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 10g, Oracle Report 10g and Oracle Database
- Required skill(s) FOR JAVA:
- Advanced Programming, Java, PL/SQL, spring/spring batch, struts, hibernate/abatis, javascript, FTL, java ee
- At least 2 - 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
