Job Description
- Be responsible for the smooth and continuous execution of different internal process within Human Resources.
- Be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
- Be in charge of other HR facets such as Compensation and Benefits, as well as Employee Engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College degree in AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource Management.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same field is preferred.
- Fluent in written and oral communication, both in English and in Filipino.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Willing to work in Caloocan City.
- Can start ASAP.
