Job Description

Job Overview:

A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. They analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks.

Schedule:

U.S. business hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attend the meeting scheduled by appointment setter
  • Administrative Task
  • Cold call
  • Find retail partners
  • Update and maintain CRM
  • Respond to advertisements by
  • Secure leads coming from social media (Website, LinkedIn)
  • Facilitate introductory calls
  • Research lead information
  • Get leads from referrals and follow up
  • Introduce the company, services, and close the sale

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience bringing in new client
  • Experience searching the internet for contact information of executives and potential customers
  • Experience working in closing deals
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Knowledge of HubSpot & other CRM tools
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:

  • Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
  • Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
  • 4GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
  • Headset for video calls
