Job Description

Why does this role exist

We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist, who will be reporting to the Sales Development Manager. This role is highly visible having direct contact with future clients. This role is for an individual possessing the proper experience, professionalism, and dedication. You will be responsible for increasing sales and profits related to the organization's services by enriching top-of-funnel leads and pushing leads to paid wins. Taking into consideration industries or types of clients with low churn rates prioritizing them into targeting. You must have excellent communication skills and are expected to interact with shareholders, sales dev vendors, sales stacks vendors, executives, and prospects daily. You will help convert leads into clients for the countries we are targeting - primarily in the US and other English Speaking Countries.

What are your responsibilities:

  • High-Performance Sales Development and Lead Generation: Lead Generation Execution. Conducts research to identify potential prospects (contact list building for cold and warm contacts. Does Email Marketing/Outreach, LinkedIn Outreach (Manual and Automated) (15% of time)
  • Strategic Vendor Support: Collaborate with sales dev vendors and other teams to push client acquisition efforts (verbal and paid wins) Proactively collaborate with Magic’s HubSpot Admins, Reports Analyst, Growth Team, BD team, Sales Admins, and other team members or other departments or vendors rolling out (through Slack channels, email, meetings, documenting minutes of meetings) any changes that might change or affect the team’s use-cases on HubSpot or other reporting tools. (15% of time)
  • Trackers, Reports, and Dashboards: Ensures data are matching with the business intelligence tools we are using: HubSpot, Google Data Studio, Manual Tracking, with other data sources. Does effective data management in compliance with the 6 dimensions of data quality (Completeness, Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, Integrity, and Timeliness) when working with raw data, files, reports, dashboards, campaigns, etc. (10% of time)
  • MQL Endorsements: Generate qualified leads satisfying the BANTF lead qualification model. (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline, and Fit with Magic’s business model and moving on the sales funnel), and the prospect should attend the meeting. Default minimum is 2MQLs per week. (60%)

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience required - at least 3 years experience in vendor management, dealing with agencies, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Has a background in improving email deliverability, familiarity with sender’s authentication and sender’s reputation.
  • Strong experience in building email copy for email sequences, cadences, and one-off emails.
  • Have excellent experience in generating Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL)
  • Have experience using Cold Outreach Platforms, Lead Gen tools, Email Marketing Automation, or Marketing Automation.
  • Tools/System proficiency: HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klenty, Lemlist, Clickback, Expandi, Clearbit, Zoominfo, Apollo, FindThatLead, etc.
  • Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Social Media Platforms.
  • Education required: B.S. / B.A in Business, Marketing, Or Advertising preferred but not required or at least 4-year college degree holder.
