Job Description
- Assists in preparation of Demand and/or Supply Plan
- Collect spend/supplier data and performs basic analysis
- Assists in facilitating demand/supply planning meeting to achieve consensus on the supply and demand plans
- Assists in collaboration with the Cross Functional Team to review KPIs, Plans, and Issues
- Supports in performing market and supplier analysis to understand key business drivers
- Conducts Commercial Evaluation to support procurement activities and decision making
- Prepares RFx, supplier response analysis, RFx comparison, RFx evaluation and supplier negotiation/selection and PO terms & conditions determination
- Conducts the Purchase Order creation activities in SAP
- Coordinates with end users and relevant business units to gather required information, e.g. technical specifications, scope of work, and others
- Communicates with suppliers and end users to resolve invoice, damaged/returned goods and shipping date issues
- Supports procurement process improvement, reporting and governance activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering (ECE, IE, EE) and/or business administration, commerce or another relevant discipline; ith additional specialized study as an advantage.
- Preferably with one (1) year supply chain experience
