Job Description
- Assists in creating, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the churn, retention and loyalty programs/campaigns
- Conducts quarterly churn, rewards and loyalty roadshows nationwide
- Prepares churn analysis per campaign
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology or any related course
- Preferably with background in programming, accounting, customer care or sales
- Preferably with experience in product life cycle management and financial analysis
- With good written and oral communication skills
