Job Description
- Develops strategic frameworks to address the ff.: customer value management, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and churn analysis.
- Develops appropriate campaigns or offerings based on data mining leads.
- Conducts economic studies to support campaigns and enhance product portfolio/offering.
- Leads in reviewing the effectiveness of campaign management/product offering.
- Spearheads the construction and interpretation of statistical models to aid in decision-making.
- Analyzes performance trends and indicators and recommend necessary actions to achieve business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in the field of Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Communication Research, Social Science or any related course.
- With at least five (5) years related working experience in CRM, Analytics, Big Data.
- Must be highly analytical and numerically inclined.
