Job Description
- Plans, executes, and evaluates strategic recruitment marketing efforts based on marketing insights and trends.
- Develops, maintains, evolves, and reports on powerful and cost effective marketing plans and strategies using various marketing channels.
- Initiates market research and undertake continuous analysis of industry trends.
- Develops strategies to continually provide great candidate experience
- Enhance branding and market visibility of PLDT to potential employees, both for active and passive external candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in the field of Human Resources and/or Marketing
- With strong verbal and written communication skills
- With at least 1 year experience in HR & Recruitment Marketing-related field/ activity, preferably with experience in digital marketing/ digital recruitment
- With experience in Project Management
