Job Description
- Evaluate and review operational analytics of the division, to cover among other operating expenses and ratios (OPEX/asset values, OPEX/site specific business revenues).
- Manage the Division's cost center annual budgets - both OPEX and CAPEX.
- Review reports/correspondences to determine its completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct a comparative analysis of Division's monthly accomplishment report
- Evaluate and review the Division's monthly/annual operational and financial performance report:
- Ensure the implementation of the company's facilities maintenannce and sustainability programs to ensure optimization and full utilization of the said facilities.
- Ensure that programs on proper maintenance and upkeep of company's facilities are carried out in support of the company's business needs.
- Ensure reliability and availability of the company's facilties, especially on infrastructure such as back-up power, utilities connectivity, and life safety support systems.
- Formulate policies and guidelines relative to facilities operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree holder in any business course or its equivalent, but preferably in engineering/architectural background.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities operations/management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to act independently.
- Resourceful.
