Job Description
- Analyze the financial and accounting transactions and ensure that they are in compliance with the company's rules and regulations
- Maintains, reconciles and analyzes all the financial accounts
- Develops, implements and establishes procedures to improve financial business planning by ensuring proper business accounting. He can also make any suggestions if needed
- Responsible for generating the financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and is actively involved in the designing of the annual budget
- Involved in the preparation of various contracts and proposals
- Researches and reviews the financial statements to ensure their accuracy.
- Implement operational procedures to ensure that the payments are made and received in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the director, analyze and resolve the financial issues.
- Supervise a team of professional accountants and participate in the meetings related to financial discussion.
- Train, instruct and provide directions to the new members
Minimum Qualifications
The Finance Manager needs to handle the major responsibilities of the Finance department. In addition to the relevant experience, he/she should have the following set of skills:
- Excellent leadership skills to be able to lead a team of professionals and direct them appropriately to follow the guidelines given.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be able to maintain and generate different accounting and financial records.
- Should have multitasking ability and have the ability to meet the targeted deadlines.
- Should be proficient in using computers and should exhibit excellent time management and organization skills.
- An eye for detail is a must to verify and examine various financial reports and documents.
