Job Description

  • Handles daily inbound via phone calls / emails
  • Handles oculars with clients
  • Answers queries and sends proposals to clients
  • Prepares business presentation for top executives regarding upcoming team building events
  • Prepares event contract and necessary reservation requirements for an event
  • In charge of overall customer satisfaction
  • Will be occasionally deployed in various resorts and beaches in Luzon/VisMIn region (dependent on chosen venue of client) to implement team buildings with client

Minimum Qualifications

Playworks Team Building, is an event management company, established in 2011 to address the growing needs for corporate outings and team building seminars in the Philippines.

Playworks is in need of Sales / Event Coordinator with the ff. requirements:

  • Preferably Female
  • Must be high performing and must have the ability to achieve targets
  • Must be competitive
  • Must be a strategic thinker and must be creative in winning
  • Motivated to succeed and willing to learn from experienced Sales mentor
  • Must be able to do presentations to business executives
  • Must be hardworking and committed to achieve goals
  • Must be outgoing and must have the ability to socialize with different types of people
  • Can handle clients and pressure well
  • With positive and professional attitude
  • Prior event organization experience a plus!
  • Excellent in communication skills
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English
  • Must know basic computer skills: Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word
  • Loves to travel
  • Sporty and loves outdoor activities
  • Ability to drive a plus!
  • With College Degree in any of the following fields:
  • HRM
  • Tourism
  • Marketing / Communication / Liberal Arts
  • Business Administration
  • Lives near BGC Taguig
