Job Description
- Ensure that all company on-ground events will be executed as planned
- In-charge of all the arrangements for logistical requirements of all company events (venue, suppliers etc.)
- Coordinates with the different product groups to ensure that each event will run as smoothly as possible
- Coordinates with third party suppliers for event requirements, planning and execution
- Handles all third party manpower requirements of the company during events
- Participates and assists in all brainstorming, planning and post analysis event meetings
- Should regularly update the different product groups on the status and progress of the event
- Documentation of on-ground execution and merchandising values of sponsors
- Prepare post-mortem reports after each event
- Custodian of In-game items during onground events.
- Custodian of Activations Warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in any similar field is a plus
- Must possess reporting and presentation skills
- Must be highly organized and keen on details
- Should have Strategic Planning and Execution skills
- Can make sound decision if necessary
- Must be a team player and can easily establish good rapport with other people
- Passion for online gaming is a plus
