Job Description

The Sales Service Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Sales and other departments.

Sales Support

  • Prepare and distribute regular reports to the sales team, including sales forecasts, performance analyses, and progress tracking.
  • Manage and maintain the Sales Information System (SIS) and database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments (HR, Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, Production), facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Support the Sales Manager with assigned tasks and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment between sales samples and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide after-sales support to Account Managers as needed.

Administrative Tasks

  • Facilitate requests for sales tools and resources (e.g., cars, cell phones, laptops).
  • Coordinate sales-related requests, such as leaves of absence and sample requests.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (e.g., hotel bookings, tickets) for the sales team.
  • Manage sales team schedules, file documents, and communicate relevant information.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Experience

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience with brand or food category companies is a plus.
