Job Description
- Conceptualize the business requirements for e- channel and ensure that system, products/ services, and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to align the digital strategies for lending, microbusiness, corporate sales, and insurances.
- Communicate business requirements to drive application capabilities and achieve business goals.
- Develop business plans and establish strategies to grow the business within the channels.
- Identify and assess revenue growth and/or cost reduction opportunities with supporting business cases.
- Be responsible for driving digital sales.
- Manage the implementation of digital product features, work closely with technology and operational partners to ensure that requirements and quality standards are met and maximum productivity/efficiency is achieved.
- Comprehensively understand regulatory and compliance matters and ensure that business and clients are protected from any kind of fraud and risk.
- Thoroughly understand consumer financial service needs, in-depth knowledge of financial institutions' capabilities to meet those needs, sound operational knowledge, comprehension of research capabilities and use, knowledge of profit/cost/revenue streams, compliance and regulatory environment, and thorough understanding of the marketing discipline and its impact in each of these areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year business related course.
- At least 10 years experience in the banking industry.
- At least more than 3 years of digital or online work related experience, preferably in managerial capacity.
- Proven results in driving revenue in digital channels (marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience).
- Client centric approach to problem solving and identification of creative solutions.
- Deep and wide subject matter expertise of digital channels in banking.
- Knowledgeable of retail banking.
- Has proven track record of successful project execution.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker who is self-directed and driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever changing list of priorities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and identify activities most important in driving business results.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make sound independent decisions.
