Job Description
- Conceptualizes and develops overall advertising strategies and programs for Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop and Affiliate Companies including print, radio, TV and the web.
- Monitors all advertising programs to conform with overall Company thrusts and direction.
- Ensures all advertising materials designed and developed are in line with advertising objectives and takes into consideration overall Company image.
- Organizes and monitors promotional activities and events geared towards increasing sales and promoting specific services and products in close coordination with the Marketing Division Manager and the Regional Managers or Affiliates General Managers.
- Ensures all designs developed for the promotional program or event are in line with agreed-upon objectives and takes into consideration overall Company image.
- Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the campaigns/past promotions and events by gathering statistical and financial data (e.g. income for the Company) for the period affected by the campaign.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has the ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and profitability.
- Highly analytical, can convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans.
- Resourceful at achieving objectives/ results despite obstacles, capable of sorting complex data to identify the core issues and develop plan of action to resolve them
- Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style.
- Proficient in building strong relationships with agency, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
