Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the assessment administration of various tests to measure aptitude and behavior of applicant.

  • Coordinates the schedule of assessment for supervisory promotion
  • Creates Performance Model as benchmark for Supervisory assessment
  • Ensures that all database and metrics are consolidated accurately and readily available when needed.
  • Reviews and updates talent assessment procedural manual, work instructions, business processes and other related documents
  • Conducts Client Survey to validate quality of service provided by Recruitment Section

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, any behavioral science courses or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in recruitment or organization development.
  • With knowledge in psychometrics and psychological testing
  • Advance in both oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Can start ASAP
