Insurance Officer | Makati  

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Insurance Operations Department Head in achieving the sales targets by motivating the team and ensuring that sales activities are implemented efficiently and those resources are optimized.

• Mobilizes the Insurance Analyst in identifying and targeting prospect.
• Supports Insurance Analyst in conducting interview with prospective client.
• Reviews data obtained by Insurance Analyst about the client’s financial resources and needs, the physical condition or the property to be insured.
• Guides Insurance Analyst in evaluating insurance application obtained.
• Helps and guides Insurance Analyst in customizing insurance program to suit individual client.
• Assists Insurance Analyst in coordinating and negotiating with insurance companies to obtain
• competitive proposals.
• Leads Insurance Analyst in conducting meeting and product presentation to internal and external clients.
• Assists Insurance Analyst in delivering and explaining policy terms and conditions to policyholder.
• Assists Insurance Operations Department Head in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for the assigned unit.
• Leads the Insurance Analyst in carrying out duties and ensures that sales goals are achieved.
• Conceptualizes and develops insurance product in coordination with Product Development and Management department.
• Reviews proposals sent to client by Insurance Analyst.
• Conducts product orientation/training to pawnshop personnel and sub-agent.

• Graduate of any four (4) year college course
• At least 3 years of working experience in insurance, and/or Sales
• Must have strong Sales Orientation/selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent in both oral and written skills
• With advance presentation skills
• With in depth knowledge in both life and non- life insurance products
• Willing to be assigned in Makati
