Job Description
To provide initial evaluation, negotiation, and processing of claims, particularly:
- Inspecting and evaluating of motorcycle unit/s to determine cause of accident and extent of damage
- Encoding of claims information in the Claims System
- Verifying claims policy coverage
- Approving/disapproving of claims based on gathered data during inspection and evaluation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a vocational course preferable in Automotive/Technical Training
- Knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and troubleshooting is an advantage
- Knows how to operate a motorcycle
- Preferably owns a motorcycle
- Preferably has a previous work experience in a corporate set up
