Job Description
- Generate new business through assigned sales channels
- Formulate/implement strategies to improve current sales process
- Provide exceptional service and support for customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. Must have 1-3 years experience in Business Development / Sales and Account Management
3. Experience in Insurance Industry is a plus but not required
4. Strong written and verbal skills
5. Proficient in computer and using desktop publishing software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
7. Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
