Job Description
The employee will provide logistics and administrative support for all training activities.
- Handles budget monitoring for all expenses needed for training programs
- Prepares and coordinates with accountable persons for all training logistics
- Handles post-program analysis and recommends appropriate action step
- Maintains files of program designs, training reports, etc.
- Maintains training database
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Mass Communication or any related courses
- At least with 6 months to a year work experience in any admin role
- Good communication, both written and oral
- Good persuasion skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
