Marketing Coordinator  

• He/she assists in maintaining department records such as confidential/ sensitive files.
• He/she schedules department meetings, books the venue, preparing materials, food, and refreshments.
• He/she distributes minutes at the end of each meeting.
• He/she acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• He/she coordinates and organizes department related events.
• He/she assists in making travel arrangements for the team such as coordination with the travel agency, making hotel reservations.
• Provides general administrative and clerical support
• Liquidation of cash advances
• Prepares Request for Check Payment for suppliers
• Assist during ManCom meetings
• Issuance of gas POs
• Performs standard office procedures such as screening phone calls, inquiries and emails and sorting of fax messages
• He/ she performs other duties assigned by the manager
• Managing of executive calendar and scheduling of meetings.
• Preparation of necessary presentation and reports.

Educational Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
