Job Description
About your responsibilities for the Role
- Creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Perform data analysis, identify, collect, and track key business metrics.
- Working collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, design, etc.
- Translating the product roadmap into actionable steps to build the product
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and developers to ensure that product requirements are understood and built accordingly
- Should be visionary and should be able to assess emerging competitor’s products and potential threats to the organization
- Research about the latest technology trend and put them to practice
- Produce innovative ideas and help in implementing them
- Should be answerable and knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities
- Should be able to judge and solve technical risks
- Help in the creation, standardization, and maintenance of bona fide product documentation
- Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and sales team during the time of product release
- Manage risks and costs related to the operations of the product
- Ensure timely delivery of the product
- Coordinate and dictate success criteria for testing and product acceptance
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
What you need to have (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent professional experience in product management and/or software development
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or others)
- Familiarity with cloud services, cloud security, networking in the cloud
- Familiarity with varieties of Architectural pattern
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects/products and/or tasks
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies
Preferred:
- What would make you stand out from the crowd (Preferred Qualifications)
- Cybersecurity or Cloud-Compute industry certifications (AWS, GCP, or others)
- Familiarity with containerized applications (Kubernetes or Docker), Terraform or Ansible, Bastion, Secret Management, and CI/CD
