Design Manager  

• Lead company brand strategy: define brand guidelines, create a visual strategy, plan and execute media campaigns.
• Lead and accountable for design projects.
• Define and refine the end-to-end design process and iteration.
• Manage and grow a design team with constructive feedback, coaching, and setting up clear expectations to constantly strive for excellence in performance.
• Collaborate with core members of the company to understand product concepts, roadmaps, launch strategies to provide creative visions reflected in all product design and media campaigns.

• 3+ years in a similar position (Design Manager/Brand Manager/Head of Design, etc).
• Extraordinary portfolio in a company or product brand strategy and real impact on the business.
• Strong aesthetic, conceptual, and design communication skills.
• Strives to make creative and innovative designs, and believes that design impacts the product's value.
• Highly skilled in branding, visual design, and campaign strategy.
• Proficient with design and prototyping software such as Adobe, Sketch, XD, Figma, or Framer.
• Extensive knowledge in user-experience research.
• Ability to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different team members.
• Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies.
