Job Description
- Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly statutory compliance – BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, including loans and Permits and Licenses.
- Preparation of Payables, Cash Advances and checking of Liquidation.
- Prepares Billing, Monitors Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables.
- Bookkeeping – Disbursement, Receipts, Sale entries.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS in Accountancy or BS in Financial/Management Accounting or Auditing;
- With at least 1 yr experience as Payable Accountant / Bookkeeper;
- Experience gained in same field from Retail Company is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Must be hardworking, committed, honest and responsible;
- Can work with minimum supervision; with good communication skills;
- Must be willing to work in BGC;
