Job Description
To ensure timely and accurate processing of daily banking transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing wire transfers, fund transfer, telegraphic transfer, payment authorization and obtaining required letters of credit with supporting information, (i.e. expirations, beneficiary, issuing bank, a price paid, terms, etc.)
- Responsible for processing shipside bond or bank guaranty in the absence of the original Bill of Lading.
- Provide advisory on a daily basis to requestors for all foreign currency for all payment made.
- Monitoring and update of banks statement.
- Provide cable copies to a requestor for all payment request.
- Provide bank forms and invoices to AP team with a corresponding exchange rate.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business course preferably Accounting
- At least 6 months of banking experience
