Job Description
The Control Room Operator for Powermix Plant performs the efficient operation of major and minor equipment from material elevation, corn cracking, grains cleaning, mixing and bagging section to produce high quality feeds in the most efficient and economical way. The position is also responsible for contributing to the quality and quantity objectives of the plant. The position will also perform other related tasks as may be directed by the Immediate Team Leader or Department Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Has basic knowledge and understanding of ingredient profile relative to formulation and effect on products
- Has knowledge of feed milling process and equipment operation
- Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
