Job Description

The Corporate Communications Associate is tasked to assist in conceptualizing, developing and implementing communication strategies and messages to reflect Pilmico’s business and brand objectives. He/She will report directly to the Corporate Communications and Media Relations Supervisor and facilitate the execution of communication plans and create a wide variety of content including: press releases, corporate newsletters, annual reports, social media, marketing & promotional materials, speeches, media relations content, etc.

Media plays a vital role in communicating our messages to a wider audience and therefore a key function of the Corporate Communications Specialist is to liaise and work with press to ensure the right messages are delivered.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong command of the English & Filipino language, both written and oral.
  • Able to write clear, concise and grammatically correct communications
  • Knowledge of communication and marketing trends
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision.
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to handle pressure and deliver on deadlines
  • Excellent people skills and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Experience in the FMCG or agribusiness industry is preferred, but not required
