Job Description
The sales support associate is responsible for documenting and monitoring sales activities from potential accounts to dealer linkages, maintaining customer database and special projects. Partners with Sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company vision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Information and Database Management
- Sales Operational Assistance
- Networking
- Build and strengthen special tie-ups with industry partners ensuring strategic partnership is formed for greater product exposure
Minimum Qualifications
- Any 4 year business related course
- Six months experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Working knowledge in data mining
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Flexible and willing to work long hours with minimum supervision
