Job Description
The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible in performing IT operations in the site, including but not limited to service desk and network operations, system and database administration, IT infrastructure provisioning, cloud server management and service level management within the required standards with the objective of delivering quality IT services and aligning IT infrastructure and operations to business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent course.
- Has three (2) years experience in IT operations.
- Strong knowledge in Requirements Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Design.
- Familiar with Oracle, Java, PHP and other development platforms used.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
