Job Description
- The Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling all warehousing and distribution activities of Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation.
- ensuring that activities are conducted effectively and cost efficiently. S/he will also in plan, organize and oversee the efficient distribution and availability of finished goods to all sales areas at the least cost.
- Monitor the preparation of proper documents required by the Bureau of Customs, Philippine Ports Authority, and vessel’s official representatives ensuring that these are prepared accurately and ahead of time to facilitate the speedy unloading of imported wheat.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Over 5 years experience in related work.
CRTICIAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Customer relations.
- Effective Communications.
- Analytical skills.
- Planning, organizing and supervising skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Problem Analysis and Decision‐Making skills.
- Auditing and inventory Control.
- Able to deal with Bureua of Cstoms, PPA, and vessel officials.
- Constant drive to shift/distribute products at least cost.
