Job Description

The Warehouse Analyst is expected to ensure proper accounting of Finished Goods (Flour/Feeds/Aquafeeds), Trading/Raw Materials (SBM, DDGS, Feed Wheat, Lysine), Specialty Products (Rice,Pasta and HEB), that physical count reconciles with the accounting perpetual count.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily inventory count of all Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products stored in all of the warehouses in Cebu.
  • Ensures that Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products inventory count reconciles with accounting perpetual count.
  • Prepares and submits daily and monthly Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products for management’s information.
  • Traces inventory variances and seeks Visayas Logistics Supervisor’s disposition of the variance.
  • Coordinates with accounting Inventory Analyst for actions on the variance disposition.
  • Keeps records of the variance disposition.
  • Ensures that all Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products movements are properly documented.
  • Ensures proper storage of Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products. Non-conformance to the standard storing procedure should be reported to the Visayas Logistics Supervisor for immediate action.
  • Monitors and submits regular report on FG aging. Near to expire product should be reported immediately.
  • Monitors Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products’ condition during the conduct of the physical daily counting. Non – conformance product should be recorded and reported accordingly.
  • Monitors Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products’ movement and reports to Visayas Logistics Supervisor for FIFO non-compliance.
  • Prepares and updates the Variance Cause Analysis report.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably Industrial Engineering Graduate or any related course
  • With at least 1 year experience in Warehouse Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle, and similar applications preferred
  • Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Plan and Access.
