You will be working in a young tech startup (think of Instagram or Facebook in their early days!) that is focused on revolutionizing the health and medical industry. The Business Development Manager is a crucial role, with important duties and responsibilities for both short and long-term goals. You are expected to help the company build great networks to hone the line of products that MYCURE is building. You will be collaborating with different kinds of people (e.g. software engineers, graphic artists, business owners, administrators, and end-users, to name a few) in order to get the job done.
You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, insightful, and driven to get things done. You will be working with like-minded individuals: dreamers and achievers with beautiful hearts!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Minimum Qualifications
- Looking for a meaningful project to work on
- College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management Engineering, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Able to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market condition.
- Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and others to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.

- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
