Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists with the product development planning and ensures that the minimum required specifications of the consumers are met
- Ensures that the consumers are happy with the product by conducting surveys, phone interviews, and relevant user feedback tools
- Converts user feedback into tasks for the development team
- Conducts market research and analysis
- Interprets data from analytics, and apply insights to further improve the product
- Provides marketing and sales strategies to increase the reach and profitability of the product
- Prepares content for client presentations, business proposals, and other documents needed for business transactions
- Generates weekly reports on the product development performance

Minimum Qualifications
- No work experience needed, fresh graduates are welcome
- Looking for a meaningful project to work on
- College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management Engineering, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Had active involvement in student organizations and/or other extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
- Can work anywhere (can work from home, does not need a fancy office)
- Understands and/or ready to adapt to ‘startup culture’ and its potential
