Job Description
- Your main responsibility will be to champion the HR and Admin department function of our restaurant and hotel group comprising of 50-70 employees.
- You will oversee employee relations, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits,
- Performance assessment, training and development,
- Document management and efficient processing of company documents and compliances.
- You must be able to foster an open and healthy company culture and work with other leaders in the organization in order to achieve our company objectives with your proactive and resourceful mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fully-vaccinated.
- Those with at least 3-4 years working experience in Human Resources
- Can speak, write and communicate in English or Filipino fluently
- Has experience with using a HR Platform and payroll software
- Has Basic understanding of Labor Law and compliances
- Trustworthy, hardworking and dedicated to work.
- Punctual at all times.
