We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. The position will provide the employee the opportunity to hone their negotiating and communications skills, and persuasiveness.
As the Sales Associate, part of the task is to ensure that the client completely understands the benefits and technicalities of PICA. This is an opportunity to enhance and improve the employee's sales skills which will be needed for more senior positions in the future.
Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
