Job Description
The Software Vendor Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating with external vendors. He/She will handle vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees. Also, he/she will troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management when required. Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements and also helping in design, document and maintaining system processes are his principal responsibilities. Further, collaborating with the teams involved to report and work on common sources of technical issues or questions and to make recommendations to the product team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of a four-year course in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Preferably with experience as Business Analyst
- With good communication and negotiation skills
