Job Description
- Assists in coordinating with authors, coordinators, outsource persons (editors, evaluators, layout artists, illustrators, etc.), including other external and internal customers to keep with the production timetable.
- Monitors files, documents, manuscripts, and other pertinent materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assists in executing some editorial-production processes to hasten production.
- Acts as a gatekeeper and helps to managing incoming phone calls and emails of editors.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any of the following: Education Major in English/Mathematics/Biology/Physics/Chemistry

At least 1 year of working experience in a teaching or editing position.

With a strong command of spelling and grammar

With strong communication skills

With high level of accuracy, consistency, judgement, and the ablity to cope with repetitive tasks
