Job Description
- Exclusively promote and offer premium residential products.
- Achieve monthly sales target and new business targets through various selling channels.
- Sending out details of a present, newly launch, and upcoming residential properties to people on your database.
- Build and sustain a solid social and professional network.
- Make appointments and show buyers around Phinma Property Holdings Corporation properties.
- Attend Manning duties in malls and other commercial establishments.
- Initiate communication with incoming leads/prospects through Company’s efforts and the individual’s as well.
- Update clients on real estate market- prices, legal documentary requirements and other related matters.
- Cold-calling and lead generation capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably Business-related courses or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-2 years of related experience from industries such as but not limited to Real Estate, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Banking, and Finance, etc.
- Excellent Networking and relationship management with clients
- Highly presentable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local languages
- Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Proficient in MS Office
