Job Description
As an HR and Admin Staff, you will be responsible for the following functions:
- Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Timekeeping
- Employee Relations
- Record Keeping
- Other administrative tasks
*The positions entail doing field works.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR or other related courses
- Has at least 1 year experience in general HR functions; experience in real estate is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office
