Job Description
- Manages all contractors for all finishing works of the building not included in the building shell
- Prepares schedule aligned to the master project schedule for the implementation of all the finishing works.
- Supervises the construction of the clubhouse, guard house, entrance gate, and other amenities of the project.
- Prepares bill for materials and equipment, schedule, and manpower loading for the construction of the clubhouse, guard house, gate, and other amenities of the project.
- Monitors implementation of all the finishing works as to cost, schedule, quality, and safety then submit to project management a weekly accomplishment report.
- Recommends improvements to better implement the finishing works
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- Has at least 2 years work experience in construction, preferably residential projects
- Knowledgeable in finishing works and other phases of constructionWilling to be assigned to project sites
