Job Description
As s Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible to cascade information to the sales agents and staff. Conducts training to improve the salesmanship of the sellers. Ensures that presentations and collaterals are accurate.
You are expected to:
- Conduct Sales Accreditation
- Create project and documentation presentations for Sales Accreditation and ensure that all slides are updated.
- Create and maintain accreditation numbers for agents
- Create and conduct advanced training sessions
- Do corporate presentations
- Provide details against competitors to agents for training purposes
- Recommend improvements to sales/marketing strategies and processes
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any course
- With at least 1 year experience in sales training in the real estate or insurance industry
- Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Competent in creating & developing sales training modules
- Must be proficient in using MS Powerpoint
- Has good command of the English language, both oral and written
