Job Description
As a Business Development Officer, you will conduct project and feasibility studies, business propositions, product presentations, and preparation of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and subsequent closeouts. You will identify which projects among the project pipeline are most suitable to implement given the business objectives and resources at a certain period.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting through research and networking, for new opportunities to embark on viable housing commercial projects.
- Do targeted research into a potential market or customer, to deepen understanding on the customer's requirements and decision drivers.
- Prepare the project's Feasibility Study for review by the Business Development Assistant Manager.
- Coordinate with other functions in SoHo and PPHC for inputs such as PnL's and SDP's required in the creation of Feasibility Study.
- Prepare materials and conduct project product presentation.
- Assist with the property acquisition and negotiation process.
- Establish long term relationships with clients and stakeholders by understanding their business needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide timely communication with respect to calls. meetings, status, and project pipeline.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Preferable a graduate of BS Course in Statistics, Economics, Civil Engineering, or Accountancy.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years work experience in Project Management, Project development, Planning, Financial Management (cash flow analysis), Construction, Sales and Marketing gained from Real Estate Company.
- Will be establishing network with Key Shelter (KSA) like HDMF, SHFC, NHMFC, and others.
Knowledge required:

Skills: Excellent analytical skills, good oral and written communication skills, use of Microsoft Office Program, know the proper documentation, can plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, events, and appropriate reporting.
